This article explains how to define accounts for automatic posting of settlements from Amili in PowerOffice GO, and what happens when a settlement arrives.
Automatic posting of debt collection settlements is enabled by default when you activate AutoCollect in PowerOffice. In the payment information Amili sends to end customers, it is Amili's account and KID number that are listed. When we receive payment from the end customer, the settlement will be remitted to you and posted automatically in PowerOffice.
How to change the account setup
You can change the accounts used for automatic posting, or disable automatic posting, via the settings in the Amili portal.
- Click your name at the top right
- Click Settings
- Click Integrations
- Under AutoCollect in PowerOffice, click Settings
- Review the account setup and adjust if necessary
💡 Tip: Click ? to the right of each field for more information.
