This article explains how to restore the connection between PowerOffice and AutoCollect.
The client key in PowerOffice ensures that the systems communicate with each other. If the connection has expired and needs to be restored, you will receive a task in the Amili portal.
How to Restore the Connection
- Log in to the Amili portal
- Click on the task Restore the connection to AutoCollect.
- Follow the steps as instructed
The connection is now restored and AutoCollect is ready to use.
💡 Tip: If you have tried to send invoices to AutoCollect while the connection was down, the invoices will be sent to AutoCollect during the nightly synchronization.
