This article explains how to change the recipient of remittance vouchers by email.
When Amili pays out settlements on a case we have collected for your company, Amili sends the documentation to the email address set as the recipient in the Amili portal.
How to change the recipient of remittance vouchers
- Log in to the Amili portal
- Click your name at the top right
- Click Settings
- Click Details in the menu on the left
- Check that you have selected the correct company if you have access to several.
- Under Settlement reports, enter the new email address as recipient
- Click Save
💡 Note: It is currently only possible to have one email address as recipient.
