This article explains how you can find the history and view the case progress of an invoice that is with Amili for collection.
Where to Find a Case in the Amili Portal
- Via the Cases tab
- Via the Customers tab
- Via a Task in the Insights tab or the Tasks tab
- Via Largest Accounts in the Insights tab
Overview of Active Cases
In the Cases tab, you can see all cases and make selections based on time period or status. Here’s how to filter for active cases:
- Click Cases
- Click Filters
- Check Active
- Click Confirm
💡 Tip: Click Export at the top right to download the selection as a report.
Where to See What Has Happened on the Case
- Find the case you want to view via one of the areas in the bullet list above.
- Click on the case you want to see.
- Click on the History tab.
- Filter by history type if you want to narrow the view.
💡 Tip: You have the option to view copies of the letters we have sent by clicking on the action in the history.
