This article explains how to define accounts for automatic posting of settlements from Amili in Tripletex, and what happens when a settlement arrives.
Automatic posting of debt collection settlements is enabled by default when you activate AutoCollect in Tripletex. In the payment information Amili sends to the end customers, Amili's account and KID number are listed. When we receive payment from the end customer, the settlement will be forwarded to you and posted automatically in Tripletex.
How to change the account setup
You can change the accounts used for automatic posting, or disable automatic posting, via the settings in the Amili portal.
- Click your name at the top right
- Click Settings
- Click Integrations
- Under AutoCollect in Tripletex, click Settings
- Review the account setup and adjust if necessary

Explanation of the different accounts
How to create an intermediate account in Tripletex
If you do not already have an intermediate account (for example 1550) in your chart of accounts, it can easily be created in Tripletex.
- Click on Accounting and Settings
- Click on Payment types
- Scroll down to Payments and click New row
- Description: AutoCollect settlement (for example)
- Accounting account: 1550 Accounts receivable on company
- Show on order: Check
- Show in invoice overview: Leave blank
- Sequence: 3
- Import ID: Leave blank
What happens when a payment arrives
- Amili pays out the settlement to the bank account defined in the setup
- The remittance voucher is sent to the email address entered in the Amili portal.
- The reminder and debt collection settlement is posted automatically in Tripletex.
