This article explains how to restore the API key that connects Tripletex to AutoCollect.
The API key ensures that the Tripletex and Amili systems communicate with each other. If the key needs to be restored, you will receive a task in the Amili portal.
How to Restore the API Key
- Log in to the Amili portal (link to Amili portal)
- Click on the task Restore the connection to AutoCollect. There you will be asked to enter the API key from your Tripletex.
Then do the following in Tripletex:
- Click on My profile at the top right
- Click More and then API access
- Find the key for AutoCollect and click Restore key
- Click OK
- Copy the generated key and click OK
- Return to the Amili portal, paste the new key into the field shown, and click Continue
The connection is now restored and AutoCollect is ready to use.
💡 Tip: If you have tried to send invoices to AutoCollect while the connection was down, the invoices will be sent to AutoCollect during the nightly synchronization.
