This article explains how to connect Amili to AutoInvoice, so that our system can retrieve invoice copies on behalf of your company.
Most inquiries early in the collection process are about invoice copies. By connecting Amili to your AutoInvoice, the system can automatically retrieve invoice copies, and the end customer gains access to the invoice copy via MyPage.
How to set it up
- Log in to AutoInvoice
- Go to Company Settings
- Click on Users
- Add a new user
- The user must have the name svc_autoinvoicevfs@visma.com
- The user must have Administrator rights

💡 Tip: If you do not have access to add users in AutoInvoice, contact your Visma partner who can assist with this.
What is MyPage?
MyPage is the end customer portal where the end customer can log in, find information about the claim, and pay. MyPage offers:
- User-friendly interface
- All information gathered in one place
- Payment with Vipps, card, or Neonomics
- Option to grant access to an accountant
