This article explains how to activate and set up AutoCollect in Tripletex, step by step.
AutoCollect is an integrated dunning and debt collection service in Tripletex.
- No startup cost
- Automatic posting of settlements from Amili
- Debt collection notice as the first measure from Amili
- Access to a customer portal to track cases, make changes, and communicate with case handlers.
- Sending invoices directly from Tripletex.
Prerequisites for activating AutoCollect
- To use integrations in Tripletex, you must have one of these packages: Smart, Pro, or Complete.
- You must have the role of User Administrator in Tripletex. You can find information about your user access under My Profile and User Access.
If you have the Smart package, the additional service Integrations must be activated:
- Go to Company and click My Subscription
- Click Explore more additional services
- Find Integrations and activate it
1. Select Amili
2. Connect to AutoCollect
3. Registration form
Step 1 – Select Amili as debt collection agency

- Go to Invoice, click Settings and then Debt collection agencies
- Click Select debt collection agency
- Select Visma Amili AS – AutoCollect
