This article explains what you can do if you have trouble logging in to the Amili portal.
User not found
If you have logged into the portal before but now get an error message saying the user is not found, you can try this:
- Try another email address if you have several.
- If you have recently changed or updated your email address, try the old email address.
If you still cannot find your user, or you want to change the email address associated with your user, contact us at hjelp@amili.no
You have entered the wrong password
If you receive a message that you have entered the wrong password, you can request to reset it. Read the article How to change username or password for the Amili portal to reset your password.
You cannot proceed after logging in
If the page just keeps loading after you have logged in, it may help to clear browser data (cookies) in your browser.
Google Chrome:
- Click the three dots on the right and select Settings.
- Click Privacy and security.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge:
- Click the three dots at the top right and select Settings.
- Click Privacy, search, and services.
- Click Clear browsing data and then click Choose what to clear.
- Check Temporary Internet files and Cookies.
Click Clear
