This article explains how to proceed if you need to change the username or password for your user account on the Amili portal.
How to change username
If you need to change the username on your account (email address), please contact hjelp@amili.no and we will assist you with updating it.
How to change password when you are logged in
- Click on your name to the right
- Click Settings
- Under Your user click on Security
- Under Login methods click Change password
If it has been a long time since you logged in, you may be asked to enter your username and password again
- Enter your old password and type in a new password.
- Click Continue
How to change password if you have forgotten your password
- Go to the login page for the Amili portal
- Click Forgot password
- Enter the email address associated with your user account.
- Click Send verification code
- Wait for an email with the reset link and follow the steps to set a new password.
